What we collect from rockmerepartners.com
Contact form submissions: name, email, organization, message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. Standard server logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, retained 90 days for security and operational diagnostics. No third-party analytics that share personal data with advertisers.
What we collect during engagements
Whatever the SOW specifies. For regulated work (financial services, healthcare, government) we work inside your tenancy, with your KMS, under your data classification. We do not move client data to our infrastructure unless the SOW says so.
What we do not do
We do not sell data. We do not train third-party models on client data. We do not use client identifiers in case studies or marketing without written consent.
Subprocessors
For website operations: hosting, email delivery, analytics. Specific list available on request. For client engagements: only what the SOW authorizes, with mutual review and approval.
Rights
You can request a copy of personal data we hold about you, ask for correction, or ask for deletion. Email privacy@rockmerepartners.com.
