How the team works

Four criteria.
Every quarter.

Every Rockmere consultant clears four checks each quarter before joining client work. First, active certifications verified against the public registries. Second, recent delivery inside the last 12 months, not three years ago. Third, industry depth tagged on the profile. Fourth, cultural fit, which is harder to hire for than the credential. Practitioners who clear only the first three stay in the practice and off your engagement.

A four-person AI Transformation pod for a financial services client tends to look like this. Lead Principal with SAFe SPCT, AWS ML Engineer Pro, 12 years of applied AI, 6 years in banking. Engagements scale from four to eight or twelve people based on scope. The credential and industry mix is published in the SOW, so you see exactly who is on the work before you sign. No swaps happen without your written consent.
