What credentials does Rockmere Partners hold as a firm?

How does Rockmere verify its credentials?

Every quarter, each consultant’s credentials are re-checked against the issuing body’s public registry. A lapsed credential pulls that consultant off client engagements until it is renewed. This is a hard rule, not a guideline, and it is the reason the credentials on this page can be trusted.

Each issuing body sets its own renewal cycle:

SAFe® credentials: annual renewal with continuing education
Scrum Alliance: annual renewal with Scrum Education Units (SEUs)
ICAgile: foundational certifications, with depth verified through engagement participation
AWS / Azure / GCP: 2-3 year recertification depending on credential level
PMI: continuing education unit (PDU) tracking

What does this mean for your engagement?

When you sign a Statement of Work with Rockmere, the consultants on the engagement are named in the SOW with their active credentials listed beside them. You can pull up each one in the issuing body’s directory before the kickoff call. If a credential lapses mid-engagement, we move that consultant off the work and bring in a replacement, and we tell you why.
